Products & Availability

Many of our products are sourced on a pre-order basis and certain styles are available in limited quantities.

While we strive to ensure product availability, some items may become unavailable after purchase due to supplier limitations. In such cases, customers will be contacted directly regarding an exchange or store credit solution.

Pricing

All pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

HAUSOFHER reserves the right to adjust pricing, product availability and product descriptions at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders are only processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

We currently accept payment via Bank Transfer (EFT).

Customers are required to use their order number and name as payment reference and submit proof of payment where requested.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–15 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, supplier processing times or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

HAUSOFHER does not offer cash refunds.

Eligible items may qualify for:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store credit only
