Return & Exchange Policy
At HAUSOFHER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Items
Most of our products are sourced on a pre-order basis and certain styles are available in limited quantities only. Please allow approximately 5–15 business days for delivery after payment confirmation.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will qualify for:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit only.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Change of mind
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Worn or damaged items caused after delivery
Return Shipping
A flat return collection fee of R99 applies to all approved returns. We will arrange courier collection directly with the customer for convenience.

Store Credit
Approved store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

HAUSOFHER reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Because many products are sourced in limited quantities and on a pre-order basis, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
